Actually everything was brand-new. The breakfast was DELECTABLE, the staff was particularly helpful, very good wi-fi. The beds were quiet and the studio suite itself was absolutely gorgeous and light.

the location was great, with greenwich nearby. located in 15 minutes' drive to the airport. we would definitely book here again if we go to makati city.
